Whitening your teeth is the perfect thing do to while sleeping. Usually the whitening product has to stay on for a few hours anyway and you have to wait a while before you eat or drink anything so it would be better to do this before bed. There are even some natural remedies that you can use, like baking soda.  Rub a little baking soda onto your teeth and leave it on for five minutes, then rinse thoroughly before climbing in bed.
